Must be 18 or older to fill out a waiver. Waivers of minors must be filled out by their PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- 2 hour pass: $20.00

Altitude Safety Socks are required to jump at Altitude Lubbock and can be purchased at the front counter for $2.00 and they're reusable on every visit!
